Our transport procedures
Serving customers all around the globe we know reliable transport is essential. This is why we have a dedicated logistics department to ensure our customer’s equipment arrives at the final destination safely and in a timely fashion. Custom transport comes in many shapes and forms. Container sea freight, rush airfreight, or conventional road transport, all come with their unique challenges that need dealing with.It may happen for example that when we deliver equipment the old equipment is lifted off a rooftop and our equipment back on that rooftop, requiring a crane to do this job.
But whether we deliver nationally or internationally and whatever the challenge, we have the experience and a network of logistics partners to get the job done.
Export documentation: an overview
Logistics comes with inevitable document requirements and many different rules and regulations, depending on the delivery destination and mode of transportation. Some examples of documents we can issue, custom to the specific deal we have agreed with our customer:- EUR.1:
A document that indicates the preferential origin of goods within the European Union and in many cases will give the customer a reduction on the import duties of the shipped equipment. - Certificate of Origin:
This certifies the origin of the goods and may be necessary to comply with country-specific import requirements in the context of the existing commerce treaties between countries. - ATR:
The ATR certificate is specifically for trade between countries in the EU and Turkey, giving Turkish customers a reduction or complete waiver of import duties.
- Legalized Invoice:
Official confirmation of the authenticity of the Invoice, sometimes required by customs in the destination country. - EXA:
Document that proves export has taken place and is required for a smooth customs clearance process in the destination country. - Cargo X:
This is an advanced documents transfer system, specifically for trade with Egypt.
